Free shipping thresholds are automatically applied based on the destination—no promo code required.

Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and local carriers.

  • Asia: Free shipping on orders over USD $145

  • Worldwide: Free shipping on orders over USD $145

Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged standard shipping fees.

Damaged Packages

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Hazel & Hughes Alexandria is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local courier services.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If cancellation is not available, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
