Return & Exchange Policy


1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • The 14-day period begins on the date the shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days.

  • Returns sent after the deadline may not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • All tags, accessories, and original packaging intact

  • Free from stains, perfume odors, or any signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Unless the item is defective, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel such as underwear and socks

  • Perfumes with the original seal opened

  • Items marked as Final Sale (non-returnable/non-exchangeable) at the time of purchase

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or modified without prior notice


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or error

Once confirmed, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a refund or replacement.


5. Refund Methods

We offer two refund options:

(1) Store Credit (Fastest Option) + 15% Bonus Value

  • Refund issued as an electronic gift card

  • Includes an additional 15% bonus value

  • Processed within 2–3 business days after return approval

  • Gift card valid for 12 months

(2) Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Processed within 7–10 business days after approval

  • We may take up to 10 business days after receiving the return to inspect and process it

  • Banks or card issuers may take up to 3 additional days to post the refund

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you and assist with alternative options.

Fastest option:
Return the item first → Place a new order for the desired item.


7. Return Shipping Fees

  • For non-defective items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import-related fees incurred during returns cannot be covered by us.

  • Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number.

  • Returns without valid tracking information cannot be processed.


8. Return Processing Time

  • Return inspection and processing may take up to 10 business days after the package is delivered to us.

  • You may track delivery status using the carrier’s tracking number.

  • Refund timelines depend on the refund method selected (see Section 5).
